6. Maintenance of service books
7. Cases related to acquisition of property by staff
8. Cases related to advances, pension, medical, etc.
9. Staff claims related to GPF, LTC, medical, tuition fee, etc.
10. Compilation of staff related reports and returns
11. Training of personnel – domestic
12. Cases related to Legal, RTI issues
1. Issue of library cards and books
2. Maintenance and upgradation of library
