Regarding Constitution of NWG-11 (National Working Group-11) for the study period of 2017-2020

The objective of the NWG is to contribute to ITU-T activities keeping in view of the interest of Indian Telecommunication. The broad responsibilities for NWG-11/SG-11 includes various studies related to signalling system architecture, signalling requirements and protocols, for all types of networks and technologies, future networks (FN), software‑defined networking (SDN), network function virtualization (NFV), cloud computing networks, VoLTE/ViLTE‑based networks interconnection, virtual networks, IMT‑2020 technologies, multimedia, next generation networks (NGN), flying adhoc networks, tactile Internet, augmented reality and signalling for legacy network interworking. NWG-11 is also responsible for studies to combat counterfeiting products including telecommunication/ICT and mobile device theft. (click here for detail)
