Administration

I. Work Responsibilities:

 1)Administration Division’ is responsible for administration, management, and material management related activities of TEC.

  i) Administration of TEC all activities related to Building & Electrical works.

  ii) Preparation of weekly / monthly statement regarding major achievements TEC to DoT.

  iii) Issue of various certificates & maintenance of its record and updating on TEC website thereof.

  iv) Providing support for various arrangements in extracurricular activities.

 2) Tender processing

  i) Labs and other Telecom Equipments

  ii) Housekeeping, Hiring of Vehicles

  iii) AMC of Computers and peripherals

  iv) Printing of TEC magazine, TEC newsletter and technical releases.

  v) Stationery items, staff items and contingency items.

 

II. Other Activities:

 1) Handling of works related to planned Budget/ Annual Action Plan.

 2)  Processing of Estimates of Civil & Electrical works.

 3) Preparation of various periodicals reports / inputs for DoT.

 4) Nodal for RTI and Citizens Charter.

 5)  Works related to maintenance of the TEC building, housekeeping, Vehicle and Canteen.

 6)  Handling of cases submitted by RTECs and all divisions of TEC.

 7) Procurement of Goods and Services as per departmental procedures.

 8) Store and inventory management.

 9)  Housekeeping and building maintenance.

 10) Sending various monthly/quarterly Statements/Reports to DoT.

 11)Handling of Parliament Questions/Assurances, etc.

 12) Providing support for various arrangements in extracurricular activities.

 13)  Day to day Management of Canteen.

 14) Office vehicle management.

 15)Conference Rooms bookings/arrangements.

 16) Common Pool Vehicle management
